Change in management of Salttech and Biotrack completed!

The board of Dutch Water Technologies BV (DWT) have appointed Antoine Engelaar as CTO and Reimond Olthof as CEO for their 100% subsidiary Salttech BV.

In their previous management roles Reimond and Antoine developed – in relation to DWT’s shares in AQANA BV – the anaerobic DACS technology for AQANA BV. With this, they brought the company to the level of a global niche player in the industrial market of biological wastewater treatment solutions. In June of 2021, DWT sold its shares and AQANA BV is now fully owned by the Israeli GES Group.

In addition, Salttech’s previous CEO and DWT partner Gerard Schouten has been appointed by the DWT board as the new CEO for their wholly owned subsidiary Biotrack BV. Biotrack specialises in Bio Information Technology for Healthcare and Defense applications.

Together with the Salttech team, Gerard has successfully developed the Dyvar® technology and realised an impressive list of proven Dyvar® applications. This will be the starting point for further expansion and introduction of the Dyvar® technology in new industrial markets.
